Bouhouche Group develops and operates software products and provides technology consultancy services. Our current products include Minnely, a private family photo archive platform. We may introduce additional products and services from time to time.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

  1. ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Services and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOUHOUCHE GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR NOK 1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bouhouche Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo, Norway.
